Pasta with garlic bread crumbs

Ingredients

  • 500 g of dried spaghetti pasta
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups of fresh Rich Bake breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • Baby basil leaves and shaved parmesan, to serve

Methods

  • Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender.
