  • 200g melted chocolate
  • 25 milk biscuits
  • Coloured dough, to decorate
  • Desired Sauce


  • Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with hot water (make sure the bowl is away from the water). Use a metal spoon and stir until the chocolate melts and is smooth.
  • Carefully cut the coloured sugar dough into the preferred needed shapes.
  • Use a small knife to spread the melted chocolate over 1 biscuit and carefully put on the coloured dough over either end of the biscuit to form the wanted shape, you can then draw any decoration with sauce (either chocolate, white chocolate, strawberry, or Caramel.) Repeat with the remaining chocolate, biscuits and coloured sugar dough (if the remaining chocolate starts to dry, repeat step 1). Set aside for 20 minutes or until the chocolate is completely dry.
